Setting up an informal local event
Mabel Esteves, 9/08
The keys to setting up informal local events:
- Find a restaurant that will reserve a room or special area
- ...and that will keep separate checks (so you don't have to deal with the money)
- Tell HP Alumni News about your event well in advance of the date
- Use Evite to manage the invitations and reservations ( http://www.evite.com )
